In addition to being a wonderful guiding principle for national immigration policy, our Lord’s admonition in Matthew 7:6 is a great example of what happens when you ascribe to the modern Democrat Party’s identity politics:
“Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under foot, and turn again and rend you.”
It may not happen immediately, but sooner or later the swine will turn and rend those who cast their pearls before them. Democrats have been calling on their various coalitions of racial and ideological fringes to act out violently toward their opponents.
Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) and Sen. Corey Booker (D-NJ) have encouraged supporters to “get in the faces” of conservatives and chase them out of public spaces. Obama’s former Attorney General Eric Holder told supporters to kick Republicans.
Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), who is willing to sacrifice a grandchild or two to become Speaker of the House beginning in 2019, said that if “collateral damage” happens in the Democrats’ revolution against America, “so be it.” You and your family are the “collateral damage” in that equation in case there are any doubts. Hillary Clinton said that the violence against her political opponents will continue until Democrats are back in power.
Most recently, an orchestrated army of Third World invaders has begun marching toward America’s southern border. The so-called “migrant caravan” began in Honduras and has been joined by Guatemalan, Mexican, Bangladeshi, Congolese and Haitian men who are too dysfunctional to contribute to their own nations’ economies. Some are no doubt Islamic terrorists. The invasion is timed perfectly to coincide with the 2018 midterm elections.
In every single one of these examples (there are too many to list), the Democrats have cast their pearls before swine: Do our bidding and we shall repay you when we obtain political power.
How is that working out for the Democrats so far? How is it working out for America?
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders and DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielson have all been chased out of restaurants by dangerous, screaming hordes of protesters. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was screamed at by protesters at a university, and at dinner in a restaurant the other night. Republican candidates for Congress have been physically assaulted in California and Minnesota. A boulder was thrown through Rep. Kevin McCarthy’s (R-CA) office window and computers were stolen.
In response, Nancy Pelosi was chased out of a campaign event in Florida. Cuban expatriates pounded on the back door of the venue where she was scheduled to speak, screaming and calling her a communist. Cubans who fled the Castro regime, and whose family members have been jailed or executed back their homeland, understand the communism and political violence of the Democrat Party from first-hand knowledge of the end stages.
Sen. Corey Booker, who self-righteously declared that he believes “all accusers” during the recent Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court hearings, finds himself accused. A young homosexual supporter of Booker’s says that the junior senator from New Jersey pinned him to a bathroom wall and attempted to sodomize him in 2014.
News reports continue telling us that the middle class is “fleeing” California. The proper term is “being displaced,” which is what always happens to the native population during an invasion. The hordes of illegals flooding into the United States won’t be squatting on unsettled, barren land in the middle of Nebraska; they’re coming to our cities to displace our own residents.
Our open borders have turned the greater Los Angeles area into Northern Mexico in all but name. Half of the adults in Los Angeles do not speak English at home. A city that once represented the “American dream” to many of our country’s citizens is now struggling with unprecedented Third World disease outbreaks, including typhus, a strain of E. coli that results in limb amputation, and new incurable, drug-resistant forms of sexually-transmitted diseases. Jesus told us to go out into the world, not to invite it in.
The modern Democrat Party is so invested in racial identity politics and open borders that Nancy Pelosi will likely be the last white leader of that party. The racial animus that they have promoted for so many decades is now bearing rotten fruit.
In many congressional districts of the American Southwest, a Democrat stands no chance of winning the party’s nomination unless they have a Hispanic background, or unless they can fake it like “Beto” O’Rourke in Texas. The swine have trampled the pearls underfoot. Next comes the rending.
