Ivanka has long appeared by her father’s side. While she worked for her father’s real estate business, she simultaneously ran her own clothing line, and appeared on the hit TV show The Apprentice with her father. She also took part in a large number of campaign rallies over the course of the last year.
After Donald Trump won the Presidential election, many thought Ivanka might actually take on many of the traditional roles of First Lady. She has become accustomed to the limelight while proving her speaking and engagement chops with news reporters and camera crews. Despite this though, in a recent interview Ivanka cleared up these rumors by dispelling the myth she will act as First Lady of the United States. She reiterated that position will, naturally, go to her father’s wife, Melania Trump.
Beyond the notion of Ivanka being use to speaking publicly, why has the press made such a spectacle of Melania potentially not serving as a traditional “First Lady?”
Without an answer from Donald or Melania the press decided to come up with their own theories. Unfortunately, like everything else the main stream media says these days, it was all lies and completely without merit.
