Planned Parenthood Exec Caught on Tape Again for Trying to Sell Baby Body Parts

The same Planned Parenthood executive who was caught on tape trying to negotiate the price for selling aborted baby body parts in 2015 is at it again. In never-before-seen undercover footage recently released by the Center for Medical Progress, Dr. Mary Gatter is seen and heard trying to negotiate a price for a “specimen.” The video was taped at a Planned Parenthood conference during a networking reception.

On the video, an investigator from the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) posing as an organ buyer, says they want to pay $50 per specimen.

“Yeah, fifty’s on the low end. Fifty was like 12 years ago,” replied Dr. Gatter, an obstetrician-gynecologist and president of the Medical Directors Council for Planned Parenthood.

In 2015, she was caught on camera saying, “I want a Lamborghini,” while discussing the price of fetuses.

Following the release of the video that surfaced two years ago, Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, responded to the video by stating that the compassionate care they provide is their top priority. She then apologized for Dr. Gatter’s tone and statements in the video. Richards went on to say that the video was “heavily edited” and that, “the allegation that Planned Parenthood profits in any way from tissue donation is not true.”

However, in the most current video that has come out, Dr. Gatter is caught once again negotiating the price for aborted baby parts. In this latest video, she asks the question, “What kind of volume do you need and what gestational ages?”

Dr. Gatter also said that harvesting organs from aborted babies in exchange for money is “a great idea” and that she did it in Los Angeles. She also infers that organ harvesters go into Planned Parenthood clinics and do all the work of collecting body parts, organs, and tissue.

“We had a lovely tech, Heather was her name, from Novogenix,” she said.

She explained that Heather would harvest organs from babies that were up to 24 weeks gestation.

Federal law prohibits the purchasing and selling of organs and tissue, but the law does permit reimbursement for certain costs associated with fetal organ or tissue donation.

David Daleiden, a citizen journalist and the Project Lead for CMP executed the undercover investigation into Planned Parenthood’s practice of illegally selling body parts from aborted babies.

According to Daleiden, “The fact that Novogenix, StemExpress, and Advanced Bioscience Resources stationed their own workers inside Planned Parenthood abortion clinics to perform the harvesting, packaging, and transport of aborted baby body parts demonstrates that Planned Parenthood had no reimbursable costs under the law. The volume-based sums that Planned Parenthood charged these businesses for baby parts are criminal trafficking and profiteering in fetal body parts.”

During a congressional investigation in December of 2016, invoices and contracts revealed that Planned Parenthood Los Angeles accepted illegal payments from Novogenix for providing them with body parts from aborted babies. There are still records that Planned Parenthood refuses to provide that would give further information on how much money they have received altogether from biotech firms.

A letter dated April 24, 2017 was sent by Chuck Grassley, Senate Judiciary Committee chairman, to both the Justice Department and FBI inquiring about any action taken against The Planned Parenthood Federation of America, along with four of their clinics in California and three biotech firms, including Novogenix. Grassley requested a response by May 8, 2017.

No action has been taken against Planned Parenthood or the biotech firms as of yet. However, the state of California has charged Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, also from CMP, with 15 felonies for their undercover investigation into the trafficking of fetal body parts.

After the initial release of the videos in 2015, many pro-life advocates called for the defunding of Planned Parenthood. If this happened, the government would have to stop forking over millions of dollars a year to Planned Parenthood.

President Trump previously promised to do just that. However, along with not being able to repeal Obamacare, the abortion giant has yet to get defunded. President Trump blamed Freedom Caucus members, which is made up of about roughly three dozen Republicans, for the failure to do so.

Following their failed efforts, the President released a statement saying, “Democrats are smiling in D.C. that the Freedom Caucus, with the help of Club For Growth and Heritage, have saved Planned Parenthood & Ocare!”
