What a Grinch! Venezuela President Nicolas Maduro stole toys from over four million children under the guise of his socialist government.
When it comes to socialism, you probably think mostly of former Soviet satellite nations or a sprinkling of Asian countries. However, this practice is alive and well in different South and Central American countries too, including Venezuela.
So, how does a socialist country enjoy Christmas? By the president of the country taking back four million toys and redistributing the toys based on who he thinks deserves them. Probably his family and his supporters families will receive a bulk of the toys.
In a socialist country you are not allowed to receive more based on what you earned or how much you wish to give someone. Of course, this might have been the United States, had Bernie Sanders won the election.
