Voter Fraud: Activist Poses as Rapper Eminem and Gets His Ballot

In Michigan and in other states, the potential for voting fraud is real. The lack of identification requirements for voters can have devastating consequences as GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump and other political watchers have pointed out.

If an ID-less person were to walk into different voting locations in some of these states armed with just a few key pieces of information, they could vote once, twice or possibly even dozens of times. Multiply that by the right number of people in the right locations, and a candidate can potentially alter the results of an election.

This is exactly the kind of rigging that Trump and others have been talking about. In fact, it’s actually happened in the past in U.S. states such as Texas, New Jersey, Missouri and even President Obama’s home state of Illinois.

In some cases, people who had been dead for decades nonetheless voted in elections, presidential and otherwise. This is why voter ID and registration laws are so important and why existing laws need to be changed, so outright election fraud cannot and will not occur.
